Multiple questions and you’ll get multiple answers

I got to 4:02 in 3 years of running full time by the time I was 20. Played football, basketball and baseball before giving running a shot.

I obviously wanted to break 4 but walked away at the age of 21 … didn’t really matter to me the 4 mark barrier as I had other things I wanted to do.

If you love the sport and have goals and dedication, you can get to where you want as long as genetics and work ethic are there… I know a lot of people will disagree but you need to have both!
