This is the weirdest thing Letsrun has EVER seen in a marathon. Why did Ian Butler run backwards in the Chicago marathon?

Uta had a wicked combo: her period started, and she had diarrhea.

I was watching it on TV. She stuck her hand in her shorts, made a face, and pushed on to the win (I'm pretty sure). I was always a big fan and a bigger one after that.
