This is completely wrong. If Hocker has had the virus he is at least as well protected as a vaccinated person. And possibly better protected. There is zero risk to be reinfected iwhen you have first had the virus.
Whereas there are many "breakthrough" cases where vaccinated people get the virus and even die from it.
Pretty much just straight up wrong on all counts.
There's well documented cases of reinfection. Just look at Manaus:
