Sub 11 sec 100m runners who can run a sub 1:30 Half-Marathon ?

lost speed

Back in school I could go sun 11 seconds in the 100. I was a 48.xx open 400 guy. 20 years later and I can’t touch those times anymore but I currently cane go sub 130. Sub 125 even. But not sure I could’ve gone sub 145 when I was in top sprint shape. Having that speed and endurance at the same time is gonna be tough. I knew many sub 4 milers that couldn’t get anywhere close to sub 11 in a real 100.

I’d imagine D.Brazier could easily hit those times. I’m sure there are others but it’s not going to be easy or many. The speed/endurance combo AT THE SAME TIME is ridiculously hard.
