Most women are not as fast because they are not at ideal weight.

You are picking too people at the off the charts lightness end. That is largely a function of frame size and not how fat/lean they are. You will find a ton more woman in the 5'4-5'6 range who weight between 110-120lbs. Granted I put about ZERO faith in any of the heights and weights being reported being accurate.
