So many athletes get popped for using low doses of testosterone, but is there a way to quantify how much it actually helps performance in endurance athletes?
How much does it actually help someone recover from a hard workout?
Does it help prevent injuries?
Does endurance improve automatically due to increased red blood cell count/haematocrit?
For example would someone who runs 40miles per week be able to ramp up to higher mileage twice as fast than a clean guy? Since they aren't getting battered from all the cortisol spikes caused by long distance running.
Does a 17 min 5k become a 15min after a few months of leveraging test?
Im not talking about some guy injecting 500mg and being bloated with water and cramping 2 miles into a run. But someone who runs who uses low doses like these professionals do, 100-250mg per week to aid recovery.
