Maddie Alm on the far left appears to not have a shoe sponsor but yeah Bosshard is not attached to any sponsor which is kind of refreshing.

Good point, and now with the Olympics postponed, JS may call it a wrap. She still rocks the 5th Ave Mile tho.

I don't know. Just guessed that Dani would stay with Wetmore and join Jenny as a pro.
Wetmore refused to coach Jenny for awhile. Seems hard to imagine he would do the same with Jones, but who knows. Maybe he wants to focus on the college kids.
Ahh, okay. I thought he had always been Simpson's coach.

Dani Jones joins team Bosshard - thoughts?
I think she would have been a great fit to Bowerman, but it’s no surprise to see her stay in Colorado.
Way too fragile.
Good team/coach, bad management choice.
Not sure why anyone would go over there with Flanagan pushing to be the coach, seems like they may push Jerry out and then not sure what will happen there.
going to be interesting with now a direct competition within squad.
Emma- USA/steeple
Thweatt- USA/marathon
Dom Scott- RSA/5k
Aisha- Jamaica/1500
Cory- USA/1500
Had to look up the other woman, Maddie Alm. Looks to be 800/1500?
If Dani sticks with the 1500, there is now a direct overlap with Cory for USA/1500. May shake things up in the group a little bit that potentially could thrive because no one is really "on each others turf"

Great place to run. Ran a half marathon on that trail once. Too bad I live over an hour away or I would run there more often.
Are you sure you ran a half marathon there? It’s a 5k loop. Maybe you’re thinking coal creek trail.

That is . . .not social distancing hah
That was my first reaction as well. Why do people say they are social distancing when they aren't? This isn't even close and I am sure it was even less social distancing than the picture showed.

DEFINITELY NOT! Those unhealthy looking girls might not even be FIVE feet apart, what are they thinking?!?!?!?! Anyone want to wager how long it is before they are all sick? I hope they don't visit their grand parents anytime soon!!

Cory has a chance to PR in 2021, but 0% chance to make the team in the 1500. Dani, as long as she stays healthy, is assured of major PRs and is about 6% chance of making the team.
outside of Coburn...who was made into a medalist by Wetmore. this is a list of people who no one who will ever make it to a national team. Jones will not flourish.
Josh Blowhard has sure conned a lot of people.

At least Dani’s training won’t change hardly at all. Joe just copies coaches training, it’s 90% Wetmore stuff.

It is interesting when someone who obviously doesn't understand the science behind the social distancing guidelines makes a comment like this and really make themselves look very foolish. Look, we get it, all of this science stuff is difficult for you to understand and there is no way you will be able to comprehend why it is wrong for them to be doing what they are doing, but it is because of people like you that this thing is going to drag on much longer than it should.

Here is the science: you WILL get exposed at some point. Make sure that your immune system is healthy when you do. Mine is healthy all day and all night. At 63 with a history of previous chronic respiratory disease, I made sure to fix my health that so that I don't have to spend the rest of my life cowering-in-place, for metabolic diseases and certainly not from a pathogen.
Another person that really just doesn't get it. It has NOTHING to do with your health. I am not afraid of getting it either as I am a healthy middle aged person and I am not spending the rest of my life cowering-in-place, but I do have respect for what the scientists have to say and I am making sacrifices for now because I am a good person. Are you one of those people that are applauding the person for killing the security guard for making them wear a mask. Selfishness is far too prevalent in this country and it looks like you belong in that crowd; you know, the "all I care about is me" crowd.
Hawi Keflezighi has done a great job in his overall management of Meb.
No scandals or really anything disappointing has come from his management team.
I think this is a good decision with a safe group.
It sounds like she just wants to compete at an elite level without the drama.
I trust the Keflezighis, and, having lived most of my life in CA, we know Keflezighi quality.
Go Dani.
Get off your high horse!

Well, the whole race was not on that trail but we did run around the open space.
