How has it slipped past the sharp wit of the LR trolls that his 14:45 pacer is also the apparent flavor of the month for LR message board favorite Allie Kieffer?
Anyway, using the weight conversion, what could Bare run if he weighed 165?

Wow his pace is a 1:07 half marathon guy.

She looks like she weighs more than Mitch.

All these jealous 115 lb beta male runners are so pressed right now lol. Nick's mile video just happened to pop up in my recommended videos on YouTube, and I just became aware of him today. Super impressive mile time for a man that heavy. Excited to watch more of him in the future.
I think his reputation from previous running videos and his army/lifting content makes him very unpalatable to a running community like this one. It seems like the only argument toward the result being real is that his pacer is a legit runner. The arguments I see against this being a legitimate result is:
- GPS watch
- No elevation data
- Vaporfly
- 20 second improvement over track result
IMO if he ran with a pacer on a track I would put him at just over 5 min. Even if he is on juice it's still impressive for a bigger guy to put down a faster mile and totally within the realm of possibility.
Considering his marathon training base, he has the base to run a hard and fast 1 mile. His next goal should be to break 12 for 2 miles.
His pacer was chatting and laughing at a 5:00 pace. Insane fitness. I guess that even a 5:00 pace is conversational and laughable for D1 runners.

nah he was chatting and laughing after the run, not during it.
5:00 pace is not conversational for anyone... 5:30 and up, sure
Nick stated in a video with a marine youtuber that he ran 11:30 for 2 miles while he was in. He would crush 12 easily, even based off his 5:15 mile. I'd say he could run at least sub 11.
he already did wrote:

He can probably come close to breaking 10 for 2 miles. 12 min 2miles is an easy tempo run.
Thoughts on the sub 3 marathon? Seems legit to me.
I posted on the other Bare thread that was on the front page of threads yesterday. No surprise this one is proper back up. I was saying how the OP had 6 posts on a 32 post thread and that no sane person could be that obsessed with Bare except for Bare himself. It is either a troll or Nick Bare himself. The Bare lover must have been disappointed when LR went to a max of one handle per thread so he could not use his multiple aliases in the same thread. Lastly I would like to reiterate that nothing Bare has done is special. He is jacked, can run a 3hr marathon and is a clout chaser. There is nothing special about those things at all but his need for attention certainly is special as is the OP of all these Bare threads (the same person).
lol that was long winded. I just asked if people thought it was legit.

Is the unit hours? 3 hours? Who would question whether any 3 hour marathon was legit? What would be the point?
Nick just mentioned on Instagram that yesterday’s effort was in was also 20 mph winds. An ANIMAL!
