Down week with only one workout on the long run. Felt good to mentally and physically recover. Alot more treadmill work because I am getting too cold here in SC. Major stomach issues and warmth issues recently, affected me on some runs. Learning to adjust.
PM Run: 12 Miles - 7:39 Cold and miserable
AM Run: 6 Miles - 8:14
PM Run: 9 Miles = 7:26 w/ strides in the low 6:00s.
AM Run: 5 Miles – 8:26
PM Run: 10 Miles – 7:18
PM Run: 6 Miles – 7:52
AM Long Run (Failed): 7 Miles = Stomach issues from hell. Can't stop pooping
AM Long Run: 15 Miles - 7:49 = same problem as before, 1 min on for the beginning of each miles after mile 4 at around HM pace.
