Last big week of mileage before I start my new fulltime job. Feeling really run down and lost too much weight, getting burnt out. Climbing fit but not doing too well for speed atm. Feeling leg tired and not bouncy. I think this week was the last time I do this luckily, I’m ready for a down week.

PM Workout: 12.2 Miles – 7:23 = last 30min Cutting down from 7:10s to about 6:50 for last 30 minutes. 1 Gel at 45 mark. Didn't realize the gel and nuun were both caffeinated, had coffee before the run, felt very nauseous from too much caffeine.
