I've got the same issue, the new Nike's are just way too tight on the boys. Any recommendations like these 2013 Nikes?

This is one of the tips in my book. 200 Tips Every Runner Should Know. Cut out the liner and replace it with a brief made of wicking fabric. I routinely do this with all my new running shorts. You get the fit you want regardless of which shorts you wear. You can also buy less expensive linerless shorts and wear your preferred brief under them.
The Asics ASX running brief makes a great liner, but I've used boxer briefs by Puma, Adidas, UnderArmor, Body Glove, Reebok, and surprisingly even found one brief from Hanes that works, although most briefs I've tried from Hanes and Fruit of the Loom didn't work.
Not only do you get the perfect liner fit, you can wear longer boxer briefs in the winter to keep your legs a little warmer.
This is the way to go. You can even switch from briefs in the summer to boxer briefs when it gets cold and still wear your favorite running shorts.
I keep looking for the perfect "liner" and found a 5-pack of briefs made of a wicking fabric by Papi back in spring for $12.99 at Burlington Coat Factory. They're almost as comfortable as the Asics ASX but only $2.60/pair. I liked them so much I went back and bought two more 5-packs.
Once you have the perfect liner, you can wear whatever shorts you like... old shorts by cutting out the worn out liner, new shorts with a too tight liner, and linerless shorts from TJ Maxx for $12.99.
I've got the same issue. Any suggestions for shorts like the Nike 2013s? New ones squeeze the balls!
