I’m not talking running . I’m talking MMA. Hall gets those 34 inch pythons around the neck of those pencil necked geeks it is over.

Everyone who skips this thread wins.
They laughed and said Hall couldn’t make the olympics in bodybuilding. Who is laughing now?
This makes me uncomfortable.
Hopefully, he can get his low T problem under control.
Bekele - he has the look a of killer

They are all still laughing. There has never been any bodybuilding in the Olympics.
Guy definitely had a future in body building. Dude is ripped. ????
Yeah Bekele would mess up Hall in a street fight. Kenny grew up at 10,000 feet in Bekoji Ethiopia, so he has about 10,000x as much grit as Hall does. Hall would tap out in a 10 seconds.
When i see that, I wonder this, "Would Ryan Hall easily defeat every sub-2:07 marathoner in history in a fight? "
How big is Hall now and when he was in his prime? Are they any other 'big' marathoners?

Training matters way more than strength once both are strong enough to do something. I would take a BJJ black belt or former D1 wrestler who looks like Nick Willis over Ryan Hall with boxing lessons.

Not a chance in hell. He could probably compete in the Men’s Physique division which is the laughingstock of the bodybuilding community, but he wouldn’t be winning any shows. He looks good for a former pro-runner, but he lacks the size and symmetry necessary for bodybuilding.

Total joke. Hall is definitely on the T sauce. That testosterone range kicks in and Bekele is sauce. A skinny 115 guy would have ZERO chance against a muscle bound 225 pound weight lifting machine. The real match would be the 3 against Hall.

Guy is almost 6 feet tall. And muscle weighs more then fat. And he is big.

Totally depends. For example, a smaller guy/gal with MMA experience would incapacitate an inexperienced muscle bound lifer in short order.

If you look closely you can still see that the frame and body type are still not able to handle a fight. He still has thin bones(look at wrists) a skinny neck(if he wasn't slumped over you could see that) so that extra muscle mass will not keep his body safe and the force he produces with a punch would just crumble because his frame is still small.
The white guy has God and Jesus on his side. He can't lose

Big muscles have very little to do with fighting ability. How coordinated is he? He was a distance runner, so can he strike quickly, or does he lack quick explosiveness? Then, there is the matter of skill. Fighting is a skill, so anyone who studies how to fight in any way would have an advantage.
