There have been a surprising number of fun anecdotes over the years about collegiate and post-collegiate competitive runners in med school or working in the medical field, but I can't think of any lawyers or legal students logging miles and running competitive race performances. Is this because law is such a time-consuming profession? Because schools of law don't offer scholarships based on athletic performances? Can anyone come up with a sub-elite distance running lawyer or two?
