Just learn to pee in your pants.
You’re peeing 11 times a day? Then you may have something wrong with your prostate. So, what we need to do…
Not normal. But if I were you, I'd get checked out by an endocrinologist. Diabetes insipidis (fairly rare, and not related to 'regular' diabetes) is a real possibility.
Especially important to get checked out if you're a distance runner. There's potential for significant dehydration issues. On the plus side, management of it with medications is pretty easy.
Are you actually thirsty all the time or are you buying the "constant hydration" BS?

John Mulaney reference. Nice.
No, but your username is based
you might have diabetes
I've been peeing every 2 hours since I was in my early 20s. I had a few different tests at different times in my life- in my early 20s and another time in my late 30s. My dr said something about the tone of my prostate and my bladder being small. I think it's also psychological- the idea of peeing before you get in the car or leave the house was ingrained in me at an early age.
Forty years later it's gotten better in the day although I wake up 2x a night to pee, sometimes a lot more.
Go to a Dr and check for diabetes and try to teach yourself to hold it in during the day.
How much water do you drink? I drink at least 80-90 fl oz a day plus coffee (actually a little more than you) and I am definitely peeing that much. I don’t think it’s that excessive depending how much water you drink.
This might be a fit for you:
I had that too in that kind of age.
I think it was stress.
wtf is that Tupac in the preview ?
Are you urinating an excessive volume over any given 24 hour period, or are you peeing a small amount each time?

My doc originally thought diabetes insipidus. I went through a 24 hour inpatient test and in the end she said I was drinking too much water. Looking back it seemed like something similar to an eating disorder induced by stress. Track how much water you are actually drinking before you talk to your doctor.
Not kidding, it's a sign of overtraining.
STD? Get a pee test. Could be chlamydia or gonorrhea, easy to cure with antibiotics.
if you drink a lot of water and you intake a lot of caffeine which makes you pee its just coming out. You're not peeing when you are dehydrated right?
