About two months ago l had a bad case of viral pneumonia. I ran everyday, but l was limited some days to just 1 or 2 miles, or some 100 or 200s at 5k pace, or some short hill pick-ups, but nothing much. If l ran anything to far, l just ran out of gas because I just couldn't get any oxygen. A couple weeks ago l started to run 5 mile runs and after a few days l was sick again, now two weeks later l am finally ready, or at least l think; l am running 30 minute runs or 4miles or so comfortably, and l am increasing, but slowly. How long will it take me to get back to where l was before this (65-70mpw and 17:00 5k shape at the time)? There aren't any races so l have a lot of time to comeback.
