Definitely more than I was prior to the shutdown, but that is primarily due to be healthy. Not sure if it is more than I would have otherwise, but it is certainly easier to follow a schedule when I'm always running by myself (June marathon hasn't been cancelled yet, so might as well be prepared). Not sure if I will continue at this mileage when it likely is cancelled though.
My other activities have decreased. Lifting has been decent, but had a short break while trying to figure out what I could still do with my available equipment. My biking has stopped completely. Actually cancelled my Zwift subscription. I would only ride when home alone, because my trainer is so loud, but I'm never home alone anymore. I'm a pretty fair weather rider. It has either been cold, windy or I prioritized my run for the day.
