Hey I'm 17 and a junior in high school currently. I have been a varsity wrestler from freshmen to junior year will wrestle next year as well. I plan on running cross country next year too for my first year, but I have been running so much since right after freshmen year. I have gotten my time down to 17:30. I have two questions:
1. could I still increase my time if I weighed 150 because I do not want to get too skinny for wrestling
2. is it very possible for me to get my time down to 15:00 between now and October
