I think I'll warm up and then do an all out mile.
Do a 7 minute standing rest.
And then proceed with the regular workout of:
3x1600 trying to hit 5:20 - 5-25s
3 minute standing rest
And then do the cool down with the usual post-workout shenanigans ?
I am in about 4:5x mile shape i think. Lmk if i should change anything. ??Under God, indivisible, with liberty ?, and justice for all ??
