LT4
I would do regular streak over LT. I do prefer the LT for faster intervals, but not by much - the streak is a bit heavier but still minimal enough to not get in the way. The streak is more versatile shoe for tempo runs / longer intervals, I've run 8 mile tempos in them and felt great.
Good post, I agree with it and know elite runners who do their tempos on the roads in the regular streak.
But OP was asking for ONE single shoe for workouts AND TT's, and the heaviest thing for a TT should be the LT 4.
If he had the budget for two shoes, using the LT4 for fast repeats at 5k pace or faster and TT's and the regular streak for tempos, CV reps and cruise intervals would be ideal and much healthier for the feet and lower legs.
