He said "Having an athlete like Bailey is difficult because you have to make sure you don't abuse the kid, I'm talking about from a coaching standpoint. Youv'e got someone with that much talent , you still have to guide them. You still have to hold them accountable, and you still have to make sure that your not looking for home runs at this point of the season."
Absolutely nothing wrong with what he said if you actually pay attention to context. It's like pulling one bible verse out and assuming God promotes slavery without actually reading the context of a the book.

Huh? This guy said the right things. Most high school coaches get defensive and say it is all for the kid when we know it is as much about the coach.
