Full disclosure: had my final collegiate track season cut short because of coronavirus. Cycles were usually 70-80 mpw with a couple 90 mile weeks during each season. Ran a 16:01 in indoor and time trialed a 33:43 10k a week ago. Would love to hear your thoughts/suggestions. Took 3 weeks completely off and want to start tomorrow with a goal marathon in Mid-October in Columbus, OH.
