You are being intellectually dishonest. The no refund clauses are there to protect the race from situations where the race takes place but a paying individual is not able to run (whether it be due to injury, sickness, schedule conflict, or another race). The clause is also to protect people from asking for a refund just because they didn't enjoy the experience.
The clause here is being used as a "screw you" to paying racers when the entire race is cancelled. That's highly unethical and isn't what the clause was designed for.
The greed of this race in such a difficult time is abominable. The government is literally sending 1200 dollar checks to everyone because times are so hard financially. This organization BRAGS about being a kind, generous, caring and selfless non-profit but when push comes to shove they have an opportunity to show their true nature in a time of need and all we see is GREED, SELFISHNESS AND THIEVERY.
