Doing a mile TT soon, did this workout today:
5x800m w/ 400m jog recovery

Felt smooth and in control, only got really hard on the last one. Didn’t have to push the legs to hit that pace

6x200m w/ 200m jog recovery

200 jogs in 1:00
This part was a little tougher haven’t worked 200s very much and legs were a little tired from 800s
