The year is 2021... Social distancing had no effect on the novel coronavirus. It became knkwn that China intentionally misreported their deaths in the first half of 2020 as 3,781 instead of the estimated deaths of more than 21 million. Recoveries from the virus were a false hope as the recovered patients repeatedly became reinfected, often much worse, and without ventilators available. As the coronavirus plague swarmed the globe, society began to break down as supply chains came to a halt and the human race, conditioned to rely on niceties of grocery stores and manufactured goods, no longer could fend for themselves.
Coronavirus is still spreading and you are one of the only estimated 900 million people, most of them youths, remaining on the planet. Your spouse died in the first wave and left you alone with your son and daughter. You have about a month of food for two people, a small supply of ammo and a handgun, and three closets full of toilet paper.
How would you handle the situation?
