In Europe it is noted that overall there are no excess death rates of statistical significance in the last few weeks except in Italy. Go to the site below and look at the statistics. Put a pause on the fear mongering and use some thought. Biologically it is a known fact that humans can't process information when in a state of fear and panic.
Note that the following countries, during this time had a down tick in mortality rates so far:
Austria, Finland, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, England, N Ireland, Wales
These countries had no difference: Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Scotland
These countries had a miniscule uptick: Switzerland, Denmark
One country with a notable uptick: Italy
An as an aside the majority of those excess deaths (68%) in Italy are in one region (Lombardy) where they have been experiencing this "excess mortality" for 7 consecutive years now. Something that occurs for 7 years consecutive is no longer an aberration.
Add to this the well documented details of the average age being around 80 years old, heavily polluted area (worst air quality in Europe), virtually ALL of those who died had pre-existing conditions (living in horrible air does that to ones lungs) and we're actually considering this to be a viral problem of biblical proportions?
Now these stats might change but at present we are not seeing anything that seems to merit the reactions we are currently experiencing.
