No, unless its on a treadmill in my house. Even if you are symptomatic, the point isn't for you, its for the other people with weaker immune systems who you'd be potentially killing by infecting. Even if you got a result on day 1 of getting sick and had to take a month off, its not the end of the world.

Of course I would stop.
Only people who test positives should be locked down until they test negative or enough people had had the virus so they have immunity.

Yes, because I'd run early in the morning in the middle of my street. Zero percent chance I would expose anyone.

I won't get tested unless I get sick enough to go to the hospital. I don't want to be one of those who the test says is positive when in fact you really aren't.
