I haven't been able to get a hair cut for weeks and it looks like all the hair salons are closed. How am I supposed to get my hair cut? I'm begging to look like a hippie.

I'd think you wouldn't want a haircut if you're begging to look like a hippie.
You'll need a pair of scissors at least. A comb and some clippers may also be useful.

Don't forget a soup bowl.
Let your freak flag fly!
Pfft. Do it yourself, man. Get a Flowbee
Get a Flowbee.
I just gave myself a haircut with some hair clippers I have lying around. Not as bad as I thought. I got the long hair trimmed up so it is not annoying me. I can't get the fine details and close cuts as well as a barber, especially since I don't have a mirror to look at the back. I think I will need to get some hair thinning scissors to make it more complete.
If I can get the fine details down around the ears and back of the head, maybe I won't ever need to go to a salon or barber again and save a lot of money! That's going to cause an even bigger depression in the economy.
Put on hat
I gave myself a haircut for the first time in my life a couple days ago. Just used scissors. Looks decent from the angles that I can see. I'm sure the details aren't perfect, but the overall shape of the cut is better than many that I've paid for. Looks better than Bojo, who looks like he cuts his own hair.
I like my hair about 2" on top after a haircut, tapered on sides/back. I usually then let it grow about 3 months between haircuts before it gets annoying over my ears. I figured I would order some clippers if I screwed up the self-haircut, but I won't need it now.
Just like this:
Just use some scissors in one hand, and grab a bunch of hair in the other, and snip. Don't use a mirror. Just focus on the feel. It is amazingly easy...except for the neck area when you have to grab shorter bunches. Finish with electric clippers and the mirror, or ask someone to do the hairline trim. It isn't very hard.
I'd show you my hair, but I used the electric clippers and buzzed it short (1") for the upcoming warm season.
First world problems...

There are many "how to cut hair" videos on Youtube. I have been cutting my hair for a year or longer. I wish I had started 10 years ago or so when I lost most of the hair on top. I am using a electric clippers that my father used my hair 45 to 50 years ago.
You don't need a brain to be able to cut hair yourself. There is no skill involved. My mom cuts my hair for me so I never went to the barbers even before covid.
In my area, despite being told to close, some of the really small 1 and 2 chair corner barbershops are still open taking 1 person at a time only. Other barbers are cutting hair at their house. If you have your barbers number text them or check their Facebook or IG, they’re likely doing garage haircuts and making $ tax free. Yes, there’s a black market for haircuts and it’s really active.
If you know your stylist well most will come to your house and cut your hair on your porch while you drink a beer. Just pay them a better rate for the housecall.
If you are more of a Supercuts kinda guy... I don't know what to ell you.

Are the barbers also dealing in the toilet paper black market? Would add a lot of customer value being able to get both things in one stop.
I took a look at hair thinning scissors on Amazon. I am kind of surprised how expensive they are. Costs more than my electric hair groomer.

Smh. I hope you're a girl because if you're a man then this is pathetic lol. We're in the mist of a pandemic and you're worried about your hair. This isn't a beauty pageant. If ya need it cut that bad then cut it yourself. They cell clippers everyday.
