I live in Spain. Here's how it goes:
When police see you potentially breaking the lockdown, they approach you and ask your reasons to be ouside. If you have a valid reason, they let you carry on.
If you don't have a valid reason, they inform you of the current limitations and ask you to return home as soon as possible.
If you argue with them, they inform you that failure to comply means a fine.
If you carry on acting out, they fine you.
If after being fined, you insist on doing something that's not currently allowed instead of returning home, they inform you they may have to arrest you.
You carry on, they give you one final warming.
You insist, you are arrested.
You resist arrest, you know what's coming.
I have absolutely no sympathy for that imbecile. I only wish they were US cops so they'd beat her up before getting her in the car.
