he probably fuels during runs and workouts too. everyone calm down. you want a peak at what pros do and then you bring negativity to the table.
Because it's apparently not serious.
What would help the running community? A full, detailed overview of what he eats during a week, with reference to the training load/sessions.
What do we get? 3 meals in a day, that might or might not be all he eats during that day. No reference towards snacks, pre/during/post-workout meals, etc. This leaves a lot of room open for thoughts, and might even confuse people.
Think about the thousands of HS kids who look up to TME, fanboy them and now start taking over the exact same diet that Hunter showed in the video - they might be severely underfueling if they leave out the 1500 potential calories of snacks, OR if their body can't function on that amount of nutritional intake because they are not as efficient at burning fat than some of the best runners in the US.
I get that this laid-back type of content might be more fun to watch and get more views than a serious video about real pro-runner nutrition, but pro runners/teams in the public got a social responsibility since in the audience are a lot of young kids who want nothing more than to be like Hunter, copy his methods and might end up getting hurt following his routines.
