Haven't posted here in a while, but I've been training, then saw this and had to jump in...
RRR, you were a 25-series? I'm here now for SIGO (25A) school. Augusta sucks. It's already hotter than hell, humid, and the pollen is horrible.
While I'm at it, I'll throw my training for this week in...been a few months since my last post. I put in a 1:21:18 for a hilly half a few weeks back right before everything started getting cancelled. All of my training has been easy mileage in the hills down here, 40-70mpw depending on how I'm feeling/the training schedule/weather, and easy cycling on the indoor trainer while studying. Haven't done any hard running other than some of the obligatory Army fitness tests and release runs. I think these next few weeks I'll do some KOM hunting on Gordon.

M - 90mins easy cycling + pushups/core. Crazy day at work, didn't train until 8:30PM.
T - AM 3.5 super easy/30min, PM 8 easy/60min + pushups/core. Started realizing my goal races for the spring are goners and kinda shut down the higher mileage here, going to take care of some aches and pains from pushing the volume envelope a bit recently (closer to 70mpw, a lot for me).
W - AM 90mins easy cycling, PM - 8.2 easy/60min
TH - AM 90mins easy cycling, PM - 7.4 easy/60min super hot outside + pushups/core
F - AM 7.3 easy/60min, PM 90mins easy cycling + pushups/core
Plan for the weekend is 2h of cycling + 45min run on Sat, 90min run + 90min ride Sun. Keeping pretty much everything super laid back. Was going to put in a few Q days and try for 1:18-1:19 in a May HM after putting in the 1:21 on all base mileage, but I opted to shut it down and focus on some tentative fall goals (looking at a marathon with a low 2:50s/high 2:40s goal or the JFK 50mi).
