As a runner i hate foamrolling and cant get bothered to get a massage(expensive and takes a lot of time), but love the effect they give. So i bought myself a pair of recovery boots and i really can feel how fresh my legs are after a 20minute session in them, and feel they really could be a game changer for me. So how come you always see elite getting masssage or foamrolling and never in a pair of recovery boots? Is there something I'm missing?
