classes are canceled until April, but there are no cases in Columbus. Also no university sponsored air travel, so no traveling to track meets by plane.
LRC note: The OP is incorrect. All classes are moving online and the only flights that are restricted is "university-sponsored international travel until at least April 20. "

This isn't a change. Ohio State never had any class.
BOOM!!! -
Columbus has always been a disease.

amherst cancels for the remainder of the semester
-
amherst doesn't even have classes. liberal arts school == fake school
-
Mine did not cancel, just made all classes remote to 'honor' their academic commitment, i.e., not have to pay back tuition because they are a scamming private school.

Go Bucks!

In laymen's terms for the football team:
Proceed as usual. Stay home. Athlete tables still open. All in class tutors and note takers will be prepared as per usual. -
So did Princeton who are now off to altitude.
-
Hey try to be more positive about Ohio State.

THE Covid-19 virus has caused THE Ohio State University to change THE methods by which they instruct THE student body because of THE emergency declared yesterday by THE governor of THE state of Ohio. It is hoped that THE practice of social distancing will halt THE spread of THE Covid-19 virus at THE campus of THE Ohio State University while THE school also deals with THE accusations that THE former team doctor sexually assaulted members of THE wrestling team at THE Ohio State University.

Your telling me the basketball team is going to travel by bus? No freaking way. -
Harvard did the same.

I hate to defend Amherst, but the classes are extremely rigorous and you'd likely fail.
When I was at a comparable college, the assignments were many times as difficult as any non-liberal arts colleges I have seen since. -
Did Ohio State have any NCAA indoor qualifiers? Will they have to drive to nationals? Will they be able to compete at all??

The email I received says university sponsored district flights accept a limited number of flights for business essential travel.
I can see them letting the basketball team travel to march madness but no letting track go to nationals by plane. Basketball makes money, track sadly is not that important -
domestic flights

remember when gay bathhouses didn't want to close at the height of the AIDS scare in the 80s and they just blamed Reagan instead.

Yeah. It’s extremely hard learning to become woke. Hard to keep track of all things activist and avoid the intersections.
