Stores are sold out of supplies. The whole area is a disaster.

Not true. I was at QFC and Metro Market yesterday and they had plenty of food. Pagliacci’ s in QA for dinner tonight - DEE Licious.
Traffic is down, fewer people taking mass transit. The Market is pretty ? quiet but only tourists go there anymore.
Not a ghost town, just quiet. Kinda nice without all the population pressure.
It's business as usual. Tom tom traffic shows it. Seattle gonna be ground zero for the US Covid-2019 epidemic. Too many boneheads believe the "just the flu bro" narrative without doing any critical thinking. It's whack a mole discussing it with all the trolls here.
Commuter traffic was normal today.

Not true! Only certain things are sold out, like hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Everything else you can pretty much find and price gouging hasn't set in...….yet.
Lots of events and meetings have been cancelled. Businesses have tried to accommodate telecommuting into their business plan.
Ghost town. Hell town is more like it! The excavator across the street has been going full tilt all morning, and the gardener just fired up the week whacker next door. Traffic in Ballard was pretty civilized yesterday AM, like it used to be before the tech-bro boom hit. The grocery store delivery guys are running late, so the stock guys were still at it mid-morning.
Would the last person leaving Seattle please turn off the lights?

To be fair, the President did say you can go to work with the coronavirus if your symptoms are mild on Hannity the other day. Sounds like me and you are in the minority here when it comes to critical thinking.

………..and you believed him??
I'm noticing a little less traffic congestion, the gym is a little less crowded, and a few things at the store and Costco were sold out (toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizer wipes, frozen bags of berries). So, a little light, but nothing too out of the ordinary.
Yes, some businesses are allowing people to work from home, and some schools are closed.
My guess is that we haven't seen anything yet.
I think you are correct!
You've got toilet paper? I'll be right over!
Click on last 7 days. Noticeable decrease in traffic last 2 days.

Hey there, eastsider, Wasn't able to land any mega-bundles of the butt wad, but I scored mightily on the N95 masks. Wife had me load up on bleach, too, but not quite sure how that works into the mix yet...

You rascal: recycling an old Seattle saying?
It was last used years ago after big Boeing layoffs.
Liberals are ruining this country

How? I go to Home Depot when it opens and it's empty everyday. I'm in Seattle's sister sister 3 hours away. No one is taking it seriously.
Seattle is the guinea pig city. They won't take real action until hospitals are overloaded with "unknown" pneumonia patients. Could be 3 weeks. Could be less. Or maybe they'll get lucky. It feels like they're gambling now.
Things will hit the fan when one of the city’s homeless comes down with it.

What are the gyms looking like there?

Reading comprehension. Reading comprehension.
Work on it.
