THis is a serious concern for all serious marathoners. When I was training for my first marathon, I remember thinking, "What do I have to do if I need to go the bathroom." I wasn't worried about poop but more so pee so I practiced and peed my pants once in practice to see how bad it was .

This is funny. One time I was running with a guy who was practicing peeing while running for the same reason as you. So one day in a torrential downpour he said I'm going to try it now because I'm already 100% soaked and it's still raining cats and dogs. He couldn't do it while running so he stopped for a second and started and then started running and said it worked.
