The spikes were on sale for a limited amount of time, anybody have them yet?
Those are nice, but way too expensive. Are they expecting parents to buying a new pair of these every 12 months?

The cheap version is called the LD5K or MD800. These aren’t for any middle school, high school, or club athlete. These carbon plate spikes are designed for the best runners and the price reflects that. While I wish Nike and NB and all of the other companies doing this wouldn’t charge so much, this price level is the market standard for elite competition shoes. And really, buying one pair of these every year wouldn’t be that bad for most families, though I definitely wouldn’t recommend such an aggressive shoe for the average track runner.
Are the New Balance Fuelcell/Carbon spikes going to be available for the 2021 season?
