Had to think one of these 2 would have made the team but I wonder if they will run Boston now.

No Boston.
10,000 on the track, which is where they belong. At least for this cycle. Sisson will be a better marathoner by 2024.
I think you are right- both can make the team at 10k.
I’m perplexed as to why Molly hasn’t mastered the marathon. I would have thought she was a natural
That is the general place to shut it down or just before if can’t place or having a bad race and trying to find another race in a month or so.
Bill Rodgers used to say 18-20 miles was place to shut down

The 10000 is going to be a burner. I think Gwen and Jordan will end up there as well.
Honestly if its not there on marathon day and you really do have a shot in the 10000m then the only smart move is to shut down
some just cant do it... think pat porter or even lagat
Yeah I assume Boston will get some folks now after a lot of favorites went down & some people dropped.
The 10k got a lot more interesting on both sides. Sisson/Huddle/Hasay/Taylor/Hall etc could go for it. Infeld & Hall seem to be in good shape. It'll be a hard team to make.
Korir will probably go for the 10k. Will Faubs? Ward? Count me in as intrigued.
OT 10k
Infeld
Fraser
M Hall
Jorgenson
Huddle
Sisson
K Taylor
Hasay
Cragg
I doubt Schweizer since she's been able to develop some speed as of late, but still would be interesting
Steph Bruce will probably be in that 10,000 as well. She held her own pretty well last year in Des Moines.
I’d think all the top runners that didn’t make it in the Marathon will try for the 10,000, besides Des, but not really sure on Ward, either.
Looks like Sisson ran in the 1500s again.

I’ve run a marathon in these shoes, but I am not an NB-sponsored pro with access to the very best carbon fiber prototypes.
Bad news for the FuelCell RC?
I'm very curious about what happened with Sisson. She and Rupp were big favorites to make the team. Rupp came through but Sisson bombed big time. At first I thought that for somebody who had only run one marathon, the pressure of the race got to her. But her training partner Huddle who has lots of experience in pressure races also dropped at the same point so I'm thinking it was something physical -- the weather, the hills.

Rodgers did once drop out in the final mile of a marathon. Full set of dinner ware to whomever can provide the race and year.

So did Bekele.
Grete Waite shut it down after Heartbreak at Boston while leading the race.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
