That would be especially helpful since it appears the timing guys aren't don't provide in race results.

Koko 14:30
Huge indoor PR by Koko (was 15:15). Only 12s over the WR, and she was most likely by herself most of the race.
And please, NO weight comments! I've been on LR for a long time now, and every single time Koko does well in a race people comment on her weight saying stuff like "not sustainable, she will get injured in a few weeks" or "in a few months her body will break down" etc.
Every single time I tell them "no, it's fine, she is naturally thin (-boned) body type, has been competing like that since middle school days in Germany and only had one noteworthy injury in her whole career" but people just don't listen and keep commenting on her weight and their own perception of Koko being thinner than others and that being a bad thing for her career. Nonsense!
I forget the exact lap, but she was solo from probably 800 meters until the finish. Also lapped lots of runners and went into lane 2 a few times.
Anybody have a link.....

The lapping doesn't matter much, at least according to Tuohy. She was lapping runners countless times (at least 40+) when she set her 15:37(i) 5k as sophomore, and in the interview said it barely mattered for her time, maybe 1s.
I'd even say lapping runners makes it more interesting and gives runners something to chase down, and allow them to run faster than if they just solo TT in lane 1.
Funny lol. I can't wait till they race again. Chelimo v Cheserek will be a great battle tho
Men's 3k strung out Centro rabitting and out in 1min at 400...3:05 through 1200...4:06 at the 1600...

Wow, considering they don't slow down thats gonna be a very fast time for them
5:08 through 2k...Lamong creating a little bit of daylight to McGourty and Hill comes around from ~5th to 2nd...Lopez, Hill, Jager, and Fisher the top four...Someone should pass Lamong, but they aren't. 400 to go and it bunches up on the back turn. 200 to go and hill tries to pass on the curve...Lopez goes into lane 2 in what looked like an unnecessary move and cuts off Hill. 7:37 for the win unless he gets DQed, but unlikely.
Schweizer 8:25.70
Houlihan 8:26.66
Ooops!
Women's 3k out...33.49 opening 200 with Kate Grace performing rabbiting duties followed by Shelby, Schweizer, and Quigley in single file all together. Grace has them through 800 in 2:14...pretty damn impressive so far. Looks a little quick for Quigley, but Schweizer and Shelby seem in control. Grace going a little quick and creating space, but slows down so they can regain contact. Hit 1600 in 4:31, with some great rabbiting and Grace sticks in there like a boss on the pacing duties moving into lane 2 and letting them go at 1900. 5:40 through 2k on 8:30 pace. ...and Schweizer takes the lead!? Wow, Quigley still there, but Schweizer took the lead and Shelby hanging on. Quigley trying to hang on, but this looks like Shelby and Schweizer. 200 to go and Shelby passes just barely. Schweizer not dropped yet! Shelby hurting and Schweizer swings wide holy SHT!!!! YES Schweizer takes it in 8:25 in a new American fking RECORD!!!
LETS GOOOOOOOO! I knew this record would go down. Super happy for Schweizer!
My Dad would say, you only beat 3 girls and one of them dropped out.
Men's 1500 is a big field with Lopez rabbiting. Strings out pretty quick though, so no issues. Lopez peels of at 1:54 at 800. I think Abda is a rabbit as well and he leads Thompson, James West, and Alverado. Kidder trying to close a gap. 2:25ish at 1k. Abda starts to peel off with 400 to go. Kidder does close the gap, and Thompson really moving. Kidder comes up hard and has to stay in lane 2. Thompson hanging on and just barely sneaks under 3:35 finishing in 3:34.79. Kidder in second in 3:36, and looks like he had it in his legs today if he were positioned a little better, but hard to tell.
And that's all folks.
Schweizer's breakout year? 8:25 is very fast.
