That looks like a pretty good workout, time and distance wise.
Question: Can anyone comment on what likely happened with the HR monitoring? It drifted up, then somehow readjusted after the 30min mark. Also, can anyone please tell whether she was using a strap, or just wrist monitoring?

Wrist HR never works. This looks like a wrist HR reading, straps are extremely accurate.

Thanks Phil. I couldn't tell whether she was also using a HR strap.
When watching that clip again, I noticed something I hadn't picked up on the first time: the audio. Somehow, after the first few seconds, they achieved excellent filtering of the wind noise! As a result, you can hear the foot strikes, and even the ratcheting bike wheel.
