Hasay is doped to the gills.
She'll win going away.
Bates for 2nd
Sisson 3rd

Sara Hall is a lock to make the team. The only question is whether or not she will outright win. I feel like she is about 50/50 to win and 100/0 to make the team.
Hasay will win followed by Sisson and then Huddle. Tough course and Hasay will go out fast.
Walter j, that is a great point!!

Hall for sure. The DNF in NY doesn't register; she shouldn't have run it after Berlin but probably felt obliged to. Although she is older, it feels like her career is on the up, she races hard, and has the speed. She destroyed Molly Huddle at the Houston Half and I don't buy that line about Huddle stepping on the brake.
After Hall, probably Des. Sisson looked good but has one result to her name. She could just as easily clock 2:35 as 2:25.
Hall's problem in NY was a stomach illness due to something she ate after she got there. In Atlanta she is staying somewhere with a kitchen and cooking her own food.
Sisson, Bates, Taylor, Huddle
Never bet against Hasay
Sisson, Linden, Taylor
Hassay, Hall, and Muddle are all too inconsistent to be the "most" likely.
yes, I'm replying to my own post.
I believe that at least one of the top 3 finishers (Sisson and/or Huddle) will not run the marathon in the Olympics. Therefore, it is conceivable that the 5th place finisher will still be in play for the Olympic Team.
It could go something like: Sisson, Bates, Taylor, Huddle, Hasay
And then Sisson and Huddle run the 10,000, leaving the marathon team of Bates, Taylor, Hasay
Though, I think if Sisson has a great race and wins the trials, she will run the marathon in the Olympics.
Additional thought... Only one of these people will be wearing Nike whatchamacallit

I also think Rosario will have his first Olympian. He is a disciple of Hansons and has learned some valuable lessons on how to handle the marathon.
Thanks again
Right On!!:)
