Claiming that Megan Youngren doesn't have an advantage while competing as a woman is absurd. Also claiming that she won't have a chance at the trials might be naive as well. Just look at her marathon progression.
1st Marathon: Sept 2017 Equinox Marathon (More of a trail race 3000+ ft of climbing
4:48 (winning womens times are usually around 3:20)
March 2019 3:06:42 @ LA Marathon
August 2019 2:52:33 @ Big Wild Life Marathon, Anchorage, Alaska
December 2019 2:43:52 @ Sacramento Marathon CIM
Getting 20 minutes faster in about 8 months and qualifying for the trials is simply not possible for someone with basically no running background. Sure she obviously trained hard and took some chances because that would be an impressive progression even for a male athlete, but is there any examples of this sort of rapid amazing improvements in women's marathoning?
The only reason this has been allowed to happen is because companies and organization like USATF justifiably can't risk fighting it and becoming the centers of the $#it storm that would follow.
At this rate maybe with three more months of training she can run a 2:35 or maybe even 2:30... Then what?
