Considerations:
MA
Andy Powell
Franklyn Sanchez
I seem to remember these guys both had a top 5 AT performance indoors running 8:49/8:50?
Also, VA:
Sharif Karie. 4:02 in 90s and was pretty dominant.

For Ohio, Andrew Jordan MUST be in the top three.
8:46 3200 - faster than Horter
14:44 5000 and then 14:54 state meet record that Horter didn't get (Horter ran a faster CC 5000 on a short course)
Someone said Kennedy, but if we're talking how good they were in high school, not beyond, Kennedy is not in the top 3. Scott Fry is ahead of Kennedy. Current Ohio Senior Caleb Brown may end up being ahead of Kennedy as he has already run 8:54 indoors this year and already has a national title.

Kirubel Erassa - 4:07 1609, 14:19 5000 Ran at OK State
Just my addition as I Ran 4 years in GA here through the Anyan-Erassa days. Erassa >> Anyan.
Anyan had the epic win over Erassa in the 3200 at state but Erassa was top 10 i believe at footlocker, Indoor nationals Champ at 5000m(14:19) and had more state titles than Anyan. Faster miler too. Just my addition
I still watch that 3200 race on YouTube once in a while
Same here. Now that I think about it I believe Marist Hs had a 4:03 guy as well
For MT I know it's a small state but as an MT runner I gotta put this out there
I love all the Perrin brothers and I know Ben and Jake got screwed by having to live in Zack's shadow and god love the youngest daughter who isn't close to as good as her older bothers but I'd drop Jake from this list and put Adam Peterman in there. He and Zack went back and forth for years ending in one of the most amazing 3200 race finishes I've ever seen. I know this doesn't matter but he also just won US trail marathon champs and coached two kids to footlocker and one to NXN .
