So wrong its comical, you onbviously have no clue how any of this works.

Bottomline is.
Nobody has ever covered the 60 meter dash distance from point A to point B faster than Usain Bolt.
Bolt is the record holder in the 60 meter dash.
Let's give credit where credit is due.
Bottom line is you're an idiot. But a least you didn't claim the Sri Lankan towed behind a water buffalo though the mud, is the fastest 100m runner
You should try to be stronger than your hatred and anger that makes you call me that.
That was rude..
Try to be nicer to people and control the angry thoughts.
I'm simply saying there has never been a 60 meter dash covered from point A the moment his foot becomes .5 of an inch off of the back of the blocks to point B, the 60 meter dash mark, faster than Usain Bolt. That's the bottomline on that.
Pt A to Pt B the fastest might well be 40m to 100m in Bolt's 9.58, if not, say, the end of Carl Lewis's best 4x100m anchor, not 0-60m. So, rephrase to the fastest first 60m.
Gay, Powell and Blake all have doping violations. Delete their times. Coleman of the 3 missed tests likely the same.

Everyone is dirty at the top.
Where have you been?

Those with known violations get ruled out of the conversation automatically. We can't say that doping is 100% at the top; official estimates are more like 40%. I would expect the very best times are doped - which is those named above (minus Bolt).
So how is the 60m "split" officially taken? Does it only use cameras to get it done? So it disregards reaction time? One of the posters mentioned that Usain was clearly down at the 60m mark on his 9.58 wr, so then others in that race "split" faster?
And Su split 6.29 in his Tokyo semi. I'd love to see him take the indoor WR before he retires.
I am ok with this.
This means Jacob Kiplimo has 2 WRs, the Half Marathon and the 15k.
Wow, 2 world records at 21 years of age. Undoubtedly the most talented young runner today.
Outdoors can have the advantage of wind, which can legally make up to .10 seconds advantage. Also the way the time is measured is not the same as indoors. So an indoor 60m and outdoor 60m "split" cannot be compared.
Hi this "60m split" vs 60m dash times came up again with Su Bingtian. Pretty sure he also has a 6.29 "60m split" and also a 6.32 "60m split". People are claiming he has the world record for the 60m dash, and they aren't taking into account that the timing is done differently for the "60m split" and the actual indoor 60m dash. They are also overlooking the wind advantage which was present in the race.
Su's best indoor 60m is 6.42 in 2018 and his 6.29 comes out to be 6.45 when you add the .100 for the difference in the ways the times are measured and the factor for the wind.
On his stumble run some of us felt he might have slipped under 6.30, Coleman also relaxes at the finish when he realizes he's dominated the race. So that might be worth a couple of hundredths to run thru the line.
Do we have an official source on how the indoor 60m dash time and outdoor "60m split" time are taken differently?
How it was explained to me is "outdoor 60m split" is the time when you trip a camera at 0m and cross 60m. Versus the indoor 60m dash which takes into time the firing of the gun and reaction out of the blocks.
