I am a high school senior? Not really sure how UK school ages correspond to US system but that's my guess. Last year I ran a 15.58 5KM and my training leading up to it was 16 weeks of running on average 30 miles per week. This year I want to run as close to 15.00 as possible, possibly sub 15.00. I feel like I've got a lot of room for improvement. Any suggestions?
