L - Hamstring Jan - Tempo WO
L Hamstring Feb - Half Marathon 9 miles in
I've been doing lots of the common recommendations not super consistently, but at least 2-3 x per week. Nordics, SL RDL, Prone Bridge, Clams, SL Glute bridge etc. Usually get a massage once per week. I generally like 60-70 MPW and really dont do any interval shorter than 800m for fear of injury in WOs
Anyone have any advice?
