why even have rules wrote:
A serious athlete completely transitioned should be welcome.
However it sounds like her body still produces ten times the testosterone of any other woman and she simply is on an honor system to take a drug to reduce it sometimes, a drug which apparently is illegal and banned for any other athlete and she doesn't even have a TUE for it, now being allowed to get a TUE many years afterwards.
So she can just stop taking the medication or even inbetween taking it, her body still has large surges of testosterone for muscle growth and recovery.
And there hasn't been any monitoring, at all by USATF despite regulations.
So even the smallest most lax rules haven't been followed. That seems dishonest. And this isn't high school, this is a national level race with qualification required.
If a transgender really goes all in there will be no hormone surge off meds. The meds won't even be needed.
