I'm 25 and am new to competitive running. I started running about a year ago and haven't done many races. 3 months ago I time trialed a mile in 5:23 outside, on asphalt, on a windy day. This was 3 weeks after running a marathon so I wasn't very in touch with speed. Since then, I have been running 40-50 mi/wk and have been running a weekly 3-4 mile tempo. I'm signed up for an all comers indoor meet this weekend. What are my chances of breaking 5:00 in the mile?

tl:dr: I'm a new runner who want's to break 5 :00 in the mile. Current PR: 5:23 (3 months ago). Mileage 40-50 mi/wk
