No. She's pretty much dug deep in the surface. There is a limit to what people can run and unless you think it's 3:50, she's unlikely to run much faster. Remember, people like Wheating, Gregson, etc ran huge pbs to hit 3:30 in the men's 1500 and never came close to it again. You don't PR by a ton to run 330 and then PR by a ton again and run 325.
But given her background, given her performance at 5th avenue, I do think she'll be able to replicate this again but people don't continue to PR and PR and PR once they reach an elite level of training.
Look at Jenny Simpson. She ran 3:59.9 in 2009 but didn't break 4:00 again until 2014 (although she did win a world title in the interim). Simpson's PR isn't way faster than 3:59 - it's 3:57.22.
