I was wondering if anyone has heard or had thoughts on Yoga as a training tool? I am sort of on a break from running right now and was curious, especially while I'm getting older, if Yoga would help stregthen and/or improve my flexibility?

Most definitely. From breathing to strength to mobility, yoga can help. I'm wondering if coach Wetmore's "calm mind" exhortations stem from a yoga perspective (?)
I am all for Yoga. Find a very serious, learned professional instructor, not a jack-off session with candles and music.
It's great for your health, not just running.
