Today, I was running as fast as I could to improve my speeds, and someone ran pass me, I decided to run past her, then 1 minute later, she ran past me, rinse and repeat for 10 times after 14 miles. It felt like a legit race, it was fun lol.

No.
If my route is tainted by other runners, it's time to either find a new route or start getting up earlier to run.
I was running in Spain recently. Lots of European hobby joggers have the same idea in January, so every path available for running gets busy.
I was out running a medium effort and some young hipster woman increased her speed to overtake me, then slowed down immediately in front of me while taking a minute to adjust her earphones.
I decided to pass her, and a couple of minutes later she overtook me again and again started slowing while adjusting her stupid earphones.
I decided just to run behind her for a while to annoy her, but being a bit angry, I wasn't looking down at the path and fell heavily over some loose concrete, almost breaking bones.
The biatch didn't even look round to see if I was o.k.
The so called alpha male does not like to be over taken by a women. Generally you overtake the annoying runner that can’t run in a straight line and all over the path/track or randomly changes pace up and down as they can’t pace properly instead of the interval session.
You are doing well posting as someone who speaks English as a second language. However, I really don't understand what the heck you are trying to say. Please spend more time in school and you will get better. Don't give up. You can learn how to write well in the English language.

I am sorry that you were abused or humiliated in the past. But making hateful posts to someone just because they started a silly thread will not bring healing to you.
Ridiculing others may seem entertaining to you, but it's only perpetuating the abuse cycle.
while my in a jogging session is what?

Wait.
She ran past you while you were running as fast as you could?
How did you later decide to run past her if you already were running ass fast as you could when you were passed?
Engrish - My post was directed at you. Self awareness is sometimes difficult, but it is necessary for growth.

No one passes me.
If someone passes me, I break his neck.
No one has the right to pass me.
Self discovery, or, I should say, OP - thanks for your post. I'm sorry you felt the need to change your name between posts.

No. These are stupid games. When it happens I turn around and run 1 minute to 90 seconds in the opposite direction, thus creating a 2-3 minute gap. Or I change routes. No need to waste an easy day "racing".
I like to run a lot on the boardwalk here in San Diego and every time I'm out for a run it's a moderate effort because I'm chasing scooters and there's always someone to chase after. Some guy kept surging to pass me so I just kept the same pace and once I passed him I relaxed my arms and shrugged them.. He couldn't keep up with the 6:20 pace. I'd say always surge on people when they surge at you.
If I m in a recovery run , I can run from 5'15"/km to 7'/km and I dont care to what happen around me , I m just concentrate on myself and if i m in the nature on what is around (animals , trees, scents)but not on people, if someone pass me it doesn 't mean nothing. Everybody is on his /her own when he/she runs.
What is recovery run for me could be Lactic threshold for someone else.
And what is Lactic Threshold for me can be recovery run for another runner.
First rule : things are not what they seem to be.
Second rule: never underrate anybody
Third rule: be humble and when you are humble be more humble

I even go down to a 4th rule sometimes.
4 - when your more humble, be even more humble.
Going to 5 is pushing it though so be careful.

And your 2nd language is.....?
Great idea. Never crossed my mind to just turn around and permit an adequate gap.
No you are wrong, I am not the OP. Look again at our writing style, do you still think we are the same? You seemed to have gone out of your way to embarrass someone and that prompted my post. There has to be a reason why you enjoy doing that. I had a theory about it that I presented. Usually a bully never sees themselves as a bully.
