Agree that the “Alphafly” as used for INEOS will be banned as WSJ article states:
The new regulations issued by World Athletics, formerly the IAAF, would restrict the thickness of a shoe’s sole, but the group set a limit of 40 millimeters. It would also limit shoes to a single rigid embedded plate, like the current Vaporflys.
My understanding is the Alphafly has 3 plates and per this ruling that’s now a no-no..
